Pokémon Type Chart
The Pokémon type chart is essential for any trainer who wants to build a smarter team. There are 18 types - Water, Fire, Grass, Electric, Rock, Ground, Normal, Fighting, Dark, Steel, Psychic, Ghost, Bug, Poison, Flying, Fairy, Ice and Dragon - and each one has its own strengths, resistances, weaknesses and immunities. Knowing which types are effective against others often decides the battle.
With dual types, multipliers stack: x2 x x2 = x4 (double weakness) and x0.5 x x0.5 = x0.25 (double resistance).
Example: Fire/Flying takes x4 from Rock because both types are weak to it.Weakness and Resistance Calculator
Pokémon can have 1 or 2 types. Pick the types to see which attacks they are weak to, resist, or are fully immune to.
